Varied Experience

For over 25 years, Diane Vezza has created visuals for advertising, public relations, packaging, books, television, videos, restaurants, and supermarkets. In addition, she creates recipes, presents television demos, prepares food satellite media tours, judges recipe contests, films TV commercials and contributes to many cookbooks and magazines. She has authored 2 cookbooks - Passport on a Plate (Simon and Schuster) and The Perfect Potato (Villard Books).

Food Education

Diane is a graduate of the College of St Elizabeth with a BS in Foods and Nutrition. She has an MBA from Adelphi University. She began her career as Assistant Food Editor at Good Housekeeping Magazine combining her food and nutrition background with her love of culinary arts. She has been freelancing since 1985.

Series.
