Pork Roll Egg & Cheese
- 2 slices pork roll (Taylor Ham)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices american cheese
- 1 kaiser roll, split and toasted
- salt and ground black pepper
Score the edges of the pork roll in 3 places. (This will keep the slices flat as they cook.) In small skillet over medium-high heat, cooke pork roll until lightly browned on both sides. Remove to plate.
In the same skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook eggs over-easy, or until of desired doneness, turning once. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper; top each egg with a cheese slice. Cover skillet with a lid to melt the cheese, about 30 seconds.
Place eggs on toasted Kaiser roll. Serve immediately.
